Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and incorrect items within 21 days of delivery. Items must have MONGOLUXE tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.

Return fee

A $12.75 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are exempt from this fee — in those cases we cover everything.

How it works

1. Contact us with your order number via our Contact Us page.
2. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final sale

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items marked as final sale, gift cards, gift-with-purchase items, and personalized or monogrammed items. Final sale items mailed back to us will not be accepted or returned.
