Our cashmere begins on the steppe, with family herds we work with directly. Once a year, in spring, the goats are gently hand-combed — never sheared — to collect the fine undercoat. Each goat yields only a few hundred grams of usable fibre. That rare, soft down is what becomes your sweater.
